PMCO-SLR Sealer Polymer is a premium, solvent-free, elastic, and thixotropic two-component polyurethane-based pore-sealing compound. Engineered for professional-grade performance, it effectively seals porous rubber or foam surfaces, preparing them for seamless PMCO polyurethane coating applications.

How to Use
In moulding systems, mix PMCO-BR Binder with rubber granules at a ratio of 6% by weight. Optionally, incorporate pigments for color. Place the homogenous mix into moulds and apply pressure at 120°C – 160°C for 5–20 minutes, depending on product thickness
Application & Mixing Instruction
- Ensure the surface is clean, dry, primed, and free of contaminants.
- Mix Component A thoroughly on its own, then add Component B entirely and mix with an electric mixer until homogenous, avoiding air entrapment.
- Re-mix in a clean container, pour onto the surface, and apply evenly. Use a spiked roller to eliminate air bubbles.
- Allow to cure and protect from water for at least 10 hours. Use within pot life to prevent material gelling.

- Total: 23 kg (Component A: 20 kg / Component B: 3 kg)
- Shelf life: 12 months in sealed packaging stored in dry, room-temperature conditions.
