How to Use
In moulding systems, mix PMCO-BR Binder with rubber granules at a ratio of 6% by weight. Optionally, incorporate pigments for color. Place the homogenous mix into moulds and apply pressure at 120°C – 160°C for 5–20 minutes, depending on product thickness
Application Guidelines
Surfaces must be clean, dry, structurally sound, and free from oil or contaminants. A suitable primer should be applied based on the surface type.
Mixing Instructions
- Mix Component A thoroughly, then add all of Component B and blend until fully uniform, avoiding air entrapment.
- Re-mix in a clean container using an electric mixer for best results.
- Apply immediately using a toothed trowel or spatula, then finish with a spiked roller to eliminate bubbles.
- Avoid water contact for 10 hours and use within pot life to prevent gelling.

Storage
- Shelf life: 24 months in original, unopened packaging. Store in a dry area at room temperature. Protect from frost, moisture, and direct sunlight.
